Our favorite morning spot in town, The Standard Baking Co. has been a family owned staple in the heart of The Old Port since 1995. Specializing in handcrafted baked goods, their artisanal methods and all natural ingredients set them apart with every savory bite.

With an ever-expanding array of goodies, you simply can’t pass up some Standard Baking Co. pastries as beautifully captured in owner Alison Pray’s 2012 book. We highly recommend the morning roll which is the best we’ve ever tasted.
